The apartment adjoins the uShaka Marine World, famous for its world class Aquarium, Dolphinarium and Waterworld Theme Park. Here you will find some of Durban's finest restaurants, pubs and numerous shops alongside the superb beachfront promenade. Durban's historic CBD and major attractions, including the International Convention Centre, the Suncoast Casino and the Golden mile beaches are within 5 km radius and excellent public transport on your doorstep. The apartment is air-conditioned, fully fitted and furnished in a relaxed contemporary decor. All three bedrooms and the open-plan living areas open onto spacious covered patios, which optimize the panoramic views.

  • 3 bedrooms - 6 persons maximum (Room 1 = King bed / Room 2 = Double bed / Room 3 = Double bed)
  • The main bedroom can be configured with 2 single beds or a king size converter and includes a TV, en-suite dressing room and bathroom with bath and separate shower.
  • The second and third bedrooms each have double beds and share a second bathroom with bath/shower enclosure and a separate guest toilet.
  • The TV room includes a double sleeper couch.
  • The 2 covered patios each have 6 seater patio suites.
  • Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer, gas barbeque, satellite TV, DVD player and sound system. All linen and bath towels provided.
  • The apartment is serviced on a weekly basis, but daily servicing can be arranged.
  • 2 secure parking bays within the building are available.
  • 24 hour security guarding to the building and to the Dock Point Precinct ensures excellent safety and security.

Mid season (School holidays, event weeks) R1990.00

Cancellations:

Up to 5 days prior to arrival date, 10% of total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee

Less than 5 days prior to arrival date, 100% of total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee

Payments

50% of total booking value is payable in order for booking to be confirmed

Remaining 50% of total booking value payable 48 hours prior to arrival date
