Terms & Conditions of Advertising on the South African Venues and Hotels and/ or affiliated websites within the SA Venues and Hotels Travel Directory are as follows:

SA Venues and Hotels Travel Directory is not associated with nor has any affiliation to any other entity, website or business other than SA Venues and Hotels and it’s partner websites within the SA Venues and Hotels Travel Directory.

By accepting our Standard Terms and Conditions, the advertiser agrees to the following:

● South African Venues and Hotels, does not hold itself responsible for the information on any of the websites of the travel directory.
● Please inform us in writing, of any changes you wish to make. Please note that all information published on the website/s has been provided by yourselves and that you assume all responsibility in this regard.
● We will not advertise more than one establishment/property or service per advertisement.
● If the establishment is situated on a separate property, we require that an additional application form be completed for each of the properties in question.
● We undertake to update your advertisement / listing of your venue and all updates are completed free of charge. All updates must be submitted to us in writing. Please inform us in writing of any changes you wish to make.
● Should you sell your establishment during your subscription period on the South African Venues and Hotels Directory of sites we require you to notify us to this effect in writing.
● A new application form is required if your establishment is sold and the new owners wish to continue advertising with the South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory and confirmation that our Standard terms and Conditions have been read and agreed to, must be submitted to us.
● This application form can be obtained at http://savenuesandhotels.com/gauteng/application.html.
● South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory undertakes to advertise your venue for a period of one calendar year from the date your advertisement is “live” on the South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory inter alia the world wide web.
● All requests for advertising are completed as per your request. We complete the advertisements on your behalf and then invoice yourselves.
● Please note that once we receive your request for advertising that a contract to which you have agreed is now in place and that you will be responsible for the relevant invoices.
● South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory reserves the right to alter the adverts when necessary and to any and all pages on the South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory.
● The annual advertising fee is payable on invoice.
● We will make any amendments/changes to the advert/s during the first 7 days from date of invoice but we require our invoice to be paid prior to any amendments being made to your advert/s.
● South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory reserves the right to charge interest calculated at 15% per annum, should your account be overdue.
● Should we have to refer unpaid invoices to our attorneys for collection of outstanding monies due, you will be responsible for all legal costs incurred pertaining to the recovery of monies owed to the South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory.
● We also reserve the right to suspend your advertisements, should the annual advertisement invoice not be settled timeously. This suspension notification will remain in place on the internet until such times as the overdue amount has been settled by yourselves.
● We will e-mail a renewal invoice to you advising that your advertisement is due for renewal and that your subscription will be expiring after once calendar year.
● We will only accept written cancellation of your subscription within the first two weeks from forwarding you your renewal email and invoice, should you wish to cancel your subscription.
● Should we not be notified in writing of your wish to cancel your advert/s within two weeks from notification of your renewal subscription fees for the following year become due and payable for a further calendar year.
● In regard to no notification of your intent to cancel your subscription and or late payment, we reserve the right to to suspend your advertisements.
● Should the annual advertisement invoice not be settled timeously. This suspension notification will remain in place on the internet until such times as the overdue amount has been settled by yourselves and again South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory reserves the right to charge interest calculated at 15% per annum, should your account be overdue.) Here again, should we have to refer unpaid invoices to our attorneys for collection of outstanding monies due, you will be responsible for all legal costs incurred pertaining to the recovery of monies owed to the South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory.
● Acceptance of the South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory Standard Terms and Conditions allows South African Venues and Hotels Travel Directory, the authority to use information and photographs on its directory of web sites from the website/s address supplied by the owner, should we decide to include your venue in a promotion, of which we will notify you.
