abseiling, quad biking, hiking and paintball to put a bit off adrenalin back into
your life. Come and enjoy 1200 Hectares of unspoilt nature, ideal for small to extremely
large groups. We specialize in goal orientated team building - you tell us what your
goals are for this teambuild and we work out a tailor-made program just for you.
We also do bush conferencing Our site has 3 Swimming pools and 3 Tennis courts, sand
volleyball court ,braai areas and picnic spots. There is also a big hall that can
seat 400 - ideal for weddings or functions. We have a 4x4 Trail and routes where
you can test your mountain bike skills, a camp site with hot showers and electricity
and a Bush camp that can sleep 35 - ideal for bachelors parties or school groups.
Abundant birdlife and 5 kilometres of Crocodile river level 1 & 2 rapids are on site.

Butjani Lodge, an intimate bush lodge situated on a 410ha private Nature Reserve,
with a perennial river and wide variety of wildlife and birds. Well situated for
day trips to the Rustenberg, Pretoria, and Polokwane matches. Also, being 45 km out
of Pretoria, offers a bit of peace and quiet "away from the madding crowd". Your
hosts will be Penny, John and Stuart and we look forward to ensuring your stay is
both comfortable and enjoyable, situated in the heart of the bush. We have comfortably
appointed en-suite double accommodation. Tent accommodation is provided under thatch
on a raised deck with outdoor bush shower. Conferencing facilities are available
for small groups. Activities include swimming, cycling, bush walks and birding. We
are in close proximity to Cullinan, which is the source of the world's largest diamond.
There are various mine tours offered. There is also an attractive 9-hole golf course
in Cullinan and game drives (by appointment) on neighbouring farms, where rhino,
buffalo and various large and small antelope abound. Check our Special Events & Activities
page for specialist weekends on birding, trees, astronomy and other events. Accommodation
rates are available upon request. Dinner, bed and breakfast are provided. Lunch can
also be provided if requested. Our clear winter skies are perfect for star gazing.
