Bramleigh Manor Country House, Nottingham Road

Bramleigh Manor is a secluded, owner-run Country Guesthouse/ B&B near the village of Nottingham Road in the Natal Midlands (Kwazulu Natal).  It is on a 200 hectare eco-estate and is surrounded
by the outskirts of the Drakensberg Mountains at an altitude of 1500m.  We are about a 4,5 hours drive from Johannesburg  and about 1,5 hours drive from Durban,  only 20 min from the N3 offramp to Nottingham Road.  We are very much off the beaten track, with a very quiet, peaceful  and tranquil environment amidst authentic indigenous forest and natural surroundings.  It is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, with birds, Samango monkeys, bushbuck and Nguni cattle providing the background sound. The thatched manor house has two private, luxury suites with own entrances,
kitchenettes, lounge area and patios overlooking the extensive,  wonderful garden and the indigenous forest.  There are also three thatched en-suite rondavel-style rooms  away from the main house with spectacular views.  All rooms have a fridge, tea/coffee facility, fireplaces and are fully serviced.  A hearty country breakfast is served daily, as well as exclusive, three-course dinners on request.  Romantic breakfasts served in the forest on request.
