Quail Rondavel Cottage

Sweet as apple pie! This charming cluster of two, individually decorated rondavels with overhead fans & mozzy nets, sleeps four in two Bedrooms with private separate bathroom with shower and private patio.

Garden Cottage Suite

This stylishly decorated little cottage has it all….Airconditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a cosy lounge with DSTV and a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a delightful patio from which to sip sundowners from!

Blue Crane Suite

These delightful cottages are situated in a splendid four-acre tropical garden near to the main homestead. Sleeps four people plus two on divan bed if requested. (Only one party booked) This cluster of cottages has a separate lounge, barbeque patio, and fully equipped kitchen for six (can self cater). Two thatched rondavels with overhead fans, one double, two single beds. Private bathroom, bath, toilet, handbasin and open-air bush shower. Delicious three-course dinner and breakfast are served on the guesthouse veranda.

Weavers’ Nest Family Suite

This is the original farm managers cottage built in 1948 on the pioneering Olifants River Estate. It houses a superb collection of Africana and memorabilia belonging to the owners of Monsoon – steeped in the history of the lowveld. This is the African bush savannah, bordering big game country. This beautiful farm cottage has a stylish family suite with air-conditioning and bathroom en-suite. Home-cooked three-course dinners are served by lamp light on the farmhouse veranda overlooking the lush tropical gardens.
